AGADE

AGADE (Anti-Gravity Active Device for Exoskeletons) is a start-up that wants to put robotics at the service of workers, introducing a new generation of industrial exoskeletons to augment and preserve human capital. We want to transform the way of working, developing disruptive and innovative robotic technologies to relieve the burden of manual fatiguing activities, making workplaces safer and more focused on workers' needs.

Our first product is AGADEXO Shoulder, the first exoskeleton designed to reduce shoulders' muscle stress caused by manual material handling tasks at workplace, such as liftings and picking activities that are typical of manufacturing, logistic and retailing fields. Thanks to our patented semi-active technology and the integration of AI machine learning algorithms, AGADEXO is able to activate and automatically provide human augmentation only when required, optimizing the user experience and the safety of workers against work-related muscular disorders.

AGADE is a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano and one of the start-ups awarded by EIC Accelerator program, promoted by the European Commission and listed by the Sifted ranking as one of the best 50 start-ups to watch in 2022.
